Knoll Beach, Ferry Road, Swanage BH19 3AQ

Directions

Knoll Beach, Studland

Knoll Beach is located on the sandy shores of Shell Bay, just outside the mouth of Poole Harbour. If you’re joining us for a Old Harry Kayak tour, this is where we’ll meet you!

Directions & Parking:

Enter the large National Trust car park, driving past the small guard house. Continue straight toward the café and toilet block area, then turn right into the larger side of the car park. We recommend parking as far down to the right as possible, near the boat park. Your instructor will meet you at the back end of the car park, away from the water, by the boat park. The car park operates on pay and display.

Click the "Directions" button above and you'll get a map pin that brings you straight to us!

What to Bring for Kayak Trips
  • Swimwear or clothes suitable for getting wet
  • Trainers you don’t mind getting wet (Please avoid Crocs, flip-flops, or wet shoes, as they are unsafe and can easily fall off)
  • Change for the car park

We also recommend you bring the following:
  • Spare layers or waterproof to take on the water
  • Bottle of water
  • Suncream
  • Towel
  • Warm clothing for after the session
