You will be wearing a Buoyancy Aid at all times during waterbased activities, but being confident in the water helps. While non-swimmers can still participate in our activities, some parts of the activities might be more challenging. For full details on the activity requirements, be sure to check the ‘Joining Instructions’, or contact our team for a chat.
With custom group bookings, there really are no restrictions. Just tell us how many people you want to bring, and we'll price accordingly!
While we try to avoid cancellations, we understand that the weather can sometimes be unpredictable. If a session is cancelled due to weather, we will work with you to reschedule at a time that's convenient for you. Remember, a bit of rain shouldn't spoil the adventure but 6ft waves, 40mph winds and heavy rain just might!
We aim to stay flexible with group numbers. For standard private sessions, the price is set upfront, with a deposit taken at booking. Additional places can be paid for closer to the event when numbers are confirmed. For custom group bookings, we often provide a minimum participant number to keep the quoted price, and if your numbers drop significantly, we may adjust prices to reflect the change. Let us know the details and we’ll work to create the best experience for your group!
